Aimée Martinez

Aimée Martinez, guided by her belief in the importance of creating opportunities for girls to lead and succeed, collaborates closely with the Director of Strategic Communications and Programming to build and manage partnerships that support ICGS programs, events, and initiatives. She helps facilitate networking and engagement opportunities for member schools and ensures meaningful participation in ICGS offerings. Additionally, Aimée supports efforts to secure funding and create reports that demonstrate impact and strengthen philanthropic relationships.
Aimée has been privileged to serve at St. George Episcopal School, an independent PK4 – 8th grade school in San Antonio, Texas, where she spent 10 years in a variety of roles including purchasing, admissions, and advancement. Her work spanned strategic planning, community relationship building, donor engagement, event coordination, and operational support.
Aimée began her career at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, serving as a Day Camp Director and later as an Area Director for afterschool programming. In collaboration with local universities, she helped enhance curriculum delivery in Title I schools, reflecting her strong commitment to educational equity. Since then, she has built a diverse professional portfolio that includes roles in HR, consumer loans, and as the owner of a custom cake business – each role reinforcing her focus on building strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
Aimée is a passionate advocate for girls’ education and leadership development, values she actively promotes as the mother of two college aged daughters. She is known for building strong partnerships with community organizations, always striving to connect schools with the resources and relationships that foster long-term success. Aimée studied Biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio and brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to her work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys pursuing a variety of personal hobbies and spending time with her daughters, a close knit circle of friends, her dog and two cats.
