Daily Organiser/Timetabler and Digital Technology Teacher

We are seeking a Daily Organiser/Timetabler for the pivotal responsibility of leading the smooth and efficient day to day School operations as well as staffing, developing and constructing the semester timetable. This position will also deliver interactive and dynamic lessons to our curious Digital Technology students. This is a full time role, commencing January 2026.

The successful candidate will possess:
• VIT registration;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications;
• Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing constraints while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy;
• Current and broad knowledge of curriculum and effective pedagogy in their subject area, and which aligns with the Australian curriculum;
• Current knowledge of educational trends and schooling practices as they pertain to the role; and
• Current knowledge of learning technologies in relation to the role and the delivery of the curriculum.

Proficiency in database management, along with previous experience with Timetable software and managing a complex and detailed role, is highly desirable. Training and support in applicable software can be provided for a suitable applicant.
