ICGS Headways™ Virtual Networking Cohorts

Headways™ is a networking series presented by ICGS that provides girls’ school leaders, faculty, and staff the chance to discuss opportunities and challenges facing girls’ schools. Open to all member schools, participants meet in small cohorts for one-hour moderated conversations about prearranged, timely topics.

Participants are encouraged to experience Headways™ by taking part in any and all cohorts that are of interest.

Cohorts meet five times a year, with meeting dates ranging from October through May, February through July, and March through August to accommodate varying school calendars.

Headways™ is deliberately designed to be an interactive conversation among colleagues—as opposed to a webinar—whereby participants share and receive ideas and information. Among the goals of the program is to develop a “team cohort” of trusted colleagues who together form a small learning community and can be called upon to be resources/mentors for one another throughout the year and into the future. Each participant will be asked to consider the following questions in advance of each conversation:

• How does my school address this topic?
• How do I wish my school addressed this topic?
• And, what is keeping my school and me from making this wish a reality?

Pricing for Mar-Sep 2025 Cohorts

• Standard: $175 USD / $275 AUD
• Reduced: $100 USD / $157 AUD (for charter/public/state/tuition-free schools — use promo code HEADWAYS100)

Note: The maximum number of participants in the same cohort from one school is two.
