The Hafize Gaye Erkan First Republic Fellowship Program^SM fosters STEM education, leadership, and career paths for promising young women from underserved backgrounds.

The Fellowship, started by Hafize Gaye Erkan and NCGS, provides a uniquely holistic approach to developing young women into lifelong learners and transformational leaders of character. In addition to providing grants and STEM educational opportunities, Erkan Fellows^SM will participate in a mentorship program that includes academic counselors, business professionals, and executive leaders.
