We have intentionally built in multiple opportunities for girls’ school educators, advocates, and allies in attendance at the 2025 ICGS Conference to spend time in community with one another to grow your personal and professional networks. In addition to the Conference Mobile App, which will allow delegates to share contact information and be in conversation, we have made available optional activities that will take place during the three days that we will be gathered in Philadelphia. Some of those opportunities are listed below. Check this page often, as it is continuously being updated.

• Before the Conference begins, learn more about the incredibly rich history of Philadelphia in a special Pre-Conference drop-in session facilitated by Beyond the Bell Tours, taking place from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Meet up with fellow delegates at registration and share lunch together in downtown Philadelphia
• Connect with members of your ICGS Headways™ cohort at the Opening Reception
• Join colleagues for a Bad@ss Women’s History walking tour beginning at 6 p.m.

• Enjoy a morning run/walk to the “Rocky steps” at the Philadelphia Museum of Art
• Join in a tabletop conversation during breakfast or lunch
• Continue your conversations from the day at the Networking Reception
• Connect with members of the Philadelphia Conference Host Committee and participate in your choice of Dine Around options (several options available at a variety of locations within a short distance from the Conference hotel; 8-12 diners per option; participants are responsible for the cost of their meals. Information included on the Conference registration form.)

• Enjoy a morning run/walk to the “Rocky steps” at the Philadelphia Museum of Art
• Join in a tabletop conversation during breakfast
• Connect with delegates who are staying on beyond the Conference to explore Philadelphia’s plentiful cultural offerings, or take part in our Post-Conference School Visits
• Join Beyond the Bell Tours for a Women-Owned Restaurants Food Tour (additional fee; registration required)
