WholeGirl+ Education Conference 2025
March 16 - March 18
Student Leadership Network is excited to host our third national conference for public school educators serving girls and gender-expansive youth. The WholeGirl+ Education National Conference is a two-day event that invites educators to explore the crucial role of girls’ education in fostering a more equitable world. This year’s theme, Future Pathways: Educating Girls+ in the Next Digital Age, will guide our discussions.
We will examine how technology is influencing students, schools, and the information they encounter. We’ll explore how girls’ schools can equip students to navigate these challenges. We believe that girls’ schools are uniquely positioned to address intersectional equity issues—including gender, race, socio-economic status, ability, sexual orientation, age, and ancestry. By creating opportunities for students to become innovators, develop leadership skills, and use their voices to advocate for change, we aim to prepare them for the future.
Who Should Attend?
This conference is designed for educators and education-related service providers who work with girls and gender-expansive youth. Whether you work directly in schools or in supportive roles, if your focus is on empowering young people in low-income, tuition-free educational environments, this event is for you. With a special emphasis on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by educators in under-resourced settings, our conference features speakers and breakout sessions tailored to addressing these specific needs. Join us for an enriching experience that promotes equity and transformative education.
