Webinar: Getting Real On Leadership: Empower Your Students With Lean In Girls

Lean In Girls provides a free and flexible leadership curriculum for adults to use with a small group of girls and young teens who identify with the girlhood experience (ages 11 to 15). The full program consists of 15 one-hour sessions and is designed to allow schools to implement the content as a single standalone session or a more comprehensive, multi-session program. Each session is structured around a core topic and includes interactive learning components, game-like activities, and One Action commitments teens make to practice their learnings. Join us for a one-hour webinar hosted by the Lean In Girls team to learn more about the program, its benefits and impact, and how you can bring it to your school. During the session, the Lean In Girls team will:

• share how the program’s emphasis on leadership strengths and real talk is empowering and protective for girls
• offer a variety of implementation options schools can adopt based on their needs and resources
• provide a roadmap that will help your school successfully implement Lean In Girls sessions
