Illana Raia — Entrepreneur, Author, Advocate

Named one of the first 250 entrepreneurs on the Forbes Next 1000 List, an Inc. 500 Female Founder and recognized twice by Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas, Illana Raia is the founder and CEO of Être – a mentorship platform for girls. Believing that mentors matter as early as middle school, Illana brings girls directly into companies they choose to meet female leaders face to face. Être’s national research on The Current State of Girls’ Confidence (2022, 2024) has been featured by Forbes, CBS News, Yahoo Finance, NASDAQ and more.

Illana is Chair of the International Space Station U.S. National Lab Education & Workforce Subcommittee, serves on the National Girls’ Collaborative Project Champions Board and was recently appointed to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine Board of Governors. Illana contributes to the Forbes Business Council, has authored 60+ articles for HuffPost, Ms. Magazine and Thrive Global, and her award-winning book Être: Girls, Who Do You Want To Be? was released on Day of the Girl 2019. Her second best-selling book, The Epic Mentor Guide, arrived during Women’s History Month 2022, sparking a weekly conversation on LinkedIn with The Epic Mentor Newsletter.

Prior to launching Être in 2016, Illana was a corporate attorney at Skadden Arps in NYC and a guest lecturer at Columbia University. She graduated from Smith College and the University of Chicago Law School, and she remains unapologetically nerdy.

Libby Moore — Storyteller, Adventurer, Creative Connector

Libby Moore  is an executive life coach, international speaker and founder of LoveX Global; bringing the energy of love back into business. She is passionate about helping people and companies align with their higher self, in order to achieve their higher purpose. Former Chief of Staff to Oprah Winfrey, Libby spent over a decade supporting Ms. Winfrey, while being mentored by her. For the past 11 years, Moore has traveled the world sharing her work/life experiences, and lessons learned, as she helps corporations reimagine what corporate culture can be from a higher consciousness.

Priya Lakhani — Tech Pioneer, AI Expert

Priya Lakhani OBE is the Founder CEO of CENTURY Tech, the award-winning education technology company that develops AI-powered learning tools for schools, colleges, universities and employers across the world. In her talk, AI Everything Everywhere All At Once, Priya will offer a horizon scan of artificial intelligence today and how it impacts education. AI will be demystified and you will gain high level knowledge of how it works, how it can be leveraged, the impact potential and the ethical issues. This session will also offer the framework of how to develop one’s AI strategy to harness the opportunities while mitigating the risks.

In 2008, Priya left her career as a barrister to launch a successful FMCG business, which through its charitable foundation provided millions of meals and thousands of vaccinations to the underprivileged in India and Africa. She was appointed to the UK government’s AI Council in 2019 and co-founded the Institute for Ethical AI for the education sector. In 2021, Priya was appointed as Non-Executive Board Member to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, with specific focus on online safety and technology. In 2025, she was appointed to the Council for Science and Technology (CST) that advises the Prime Minister and the Cabinet on strategic science and technology policy issues.

Most recently, Priya was selected by the World Economic Forum as a Tech Pioneer for her work at CENTURY and is the recipient of a number of prestigious awards including the MIT SOLVE award (2018), the National Economic Innovator of the Year by The Spectator (2019), The Mayor’s Fund Special Recognition Award (2016) and Business Entrepreneur of the Year by the Chancellor of the Exchequer (2009). In 2022, CENTURY Tech won the Gold Award for AI in Education at the QS-Wharton Reimagine Education Awards, EdTech Impact’s Top Product, and was named Supporting Associate of the Year by the Council of British International Schools (COBIS).

Priya holds numerous trustee and non-executive posts, and was awarded an OBE in 2014. In 2020, she received an honorary doctorate by Coventry University’s engineering faculty. She is also a regular commentator on AI for broadcasters and co-host of BBC News’s flagship AI programme AI Decoded.
