Australasia’s premier annual conference for student leaders of girls’ schools
Supporting the development of young female leaders is a priority for ICGS. The Student Leadership Conference provides unparalleled opportunities for students to explore leadership styles and strategies, reflect on their own leadership aspirations and build meaningful life-long connections with other young leaders. Our conference program has been designed specifically to meet the needs of this exclusive cohort of students from girls’ schools. It responds to the challenges faced by girls on their leadership journey. The students are engaged in a range of activities designed to develop leadership capabilities, resilience and an understanding of themselves and their leadership styles.
The conference focuses on developing leadership capability and assisting young women to manage the responsibilities of leadership. Each year as the students return to their schools, they claim that they have had a life-changing experience.
The unrivalled quality of this event and the calibre of the students makes the experience incredibly valuable for all who attend.
Only ICGS member schools may apply to send delegates. Students should be entering their last year of secondary school in 2026 and hold key leadership roles in their schools.
The conference is residential and it is important that students are available for the entire conference. Students who cannot attend the entire conference due to other commitments will not be accepted.
Accommodation: Students will be accommodated in student residences at Vision Valley Campus of Pymble Ladies College, Sydney Australia. All accommodation and meals are provided.
Airport Transfers: Transfers to and from Sydney’s domestic airport will be provided for students arriving on 21 January, and for students departing from Sydney airport on 23 January.

Note: To maintain a fresh and dynamic experience, we purposely do not release the programme in advance. This element of surprise keeps the conference engaging and allows students to fully immerse themselves in the journey, making the experience even more impactful.
