College and university advising professionals from around the globe are invited to join us February 6-7, 2025, in New York, New York, USA, for this special opportunity to build a network of trusted colleagues, learn about emerging trends and best practices, and visit two prominent New York universities.

The ICGS Girls’ School College Counseling Forum is an annual event that is made available exclusively for members of ICGS schools. This is the only event of its type focused specifically for girls’ schools.

Overview

On February 6, we will be using self-directed public or other transportation options to gather together as a group for the start of this event. Our program will begin on the campus of New York University, and we’ll wrap up the day at Fordham University, Lincoln Center.

On February 7, the group will meet at Marymount School of New York, where we will join ICGS delegates at the Educating Girls Symposium for breakfast and a keynote presentation. Attendees of the College Counseling Forum will then gather with program facilitators Janet Weller (Director of College Counseling, Harpeth Hall), Gabi McColgan (Director of College Counseling and Upper School Academic Policy, Castilleja School), and Arielle Blumberg and Carter Delloro (Co-Directors of College Counseling, Marymount School of New York) for a morning workshop that includes special guest presentations. After lunch in community with Symposium attendees, the group will reconvene for two afternoon sessions before rejoining the Symposium for a closing keynote presentation and light networking reception.

The two-day program is designed to allow focused, strategic, and generative conversation and networking, and attendance is therefore limited to 30 participants.

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
