ICGS Welcomes Four Girls’ School Leaders to Its Governing Board of Directors
The International Coalition of Girls’ Schools is proud to announce the appointment of four distinguished leaders to its Governing Board of Directors. Beginning their three-year terms on July 1, 2025, these new board members bring a wealth of experience, bold vision, and unwavering commitment to advancing the mission of girls’ schools around the world.
Their collective leadership strengthens our global community and reinforces our shared belief in the power of girls’ education to transform lives and societies.
Introducing the newest members of the ICGS Governing Board:
- Jo Duncan, Headmistress, Wycombe Abbey (United Kingdom)
- Andrea Kassar, Head of School, Westridge School (USA)
- Beth Reaves, President, The Washington School for Girls (USA)
- Catherine O’Kane, Principal, All Hallows’ School (Australia)
These four accomplished leaders will join 15 fellow board members in shaping the strategic direction of ICGS and championing its mission on a global scale. Since its founding in 1991, ICGS has evolved into the leading international voice for girls’ schools, representing more than 560 member institutions across 26 countries.
Through groundbreaking research, meaningful professional development, and a deep-rooted commitment to advocacy, ICGS continues to foster connection and collaboration among those dedicated to educating girls. With this new slate of leadership, the Coalition is poised for even greater impact in the years ahead.
