Each began their three-year terms of service on July 1, 2024, and they already have made significant contributions to the Coalition’s success. These passionate advocates for girls’ education are bringing fresh perspectives, dynamic leadership, and innovative ideas to the ICGS mission of empowering girls worldwide.

- Felicia Wilks, Head of School, The Spence School (USA)
These six visionary leaders join 14 esteemed colleagues on the ICGS Board, guiding the Coalition’s efforts to advance girls’ education on a global scale. Established in 1991 as the National Coalition of Girls’ Schools in the U.S., ICGS has grown into a powerful global network, representing more than 550 girls’ schools across 24 countries. As the leading advocate for girls’ schools worldwide, ICGS is dedicated to connecting and collaborating with individuals, schools, and organizations that share our mission to educate and uplift girls.
